Walter Wroten was born in 1950 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Stockton, California. Although he grew up in the southern part of the United States, he returned to California in 1970 to continue his education. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1976 and finished with a Juris Doctrate degree from the University of Northern California, School of Law. Since that time he has represented thousands of injured people statewide.
